Steel Profiling

The ABDN can provide steel profiling facitliies capable of working on one offs and production quantities. Our steel profiling member has many years of experience and is capable of supplying to a number of diverse markets and sectors. To compliment our steel profiling and flame cutting service we also offer services such as Lumsden Grinding and CNC machining. The ABDN is able to work from CAD drawings which can be accepted in a number of formats or we can work with you from the initial design stages to develop your concept or idea. Steel Profiling Thicknesses

ABDN members can flame cut steel from 5mm up to 500mm thick.

Range of Certified Steel Plate

Our members can provide a range of steel blanks in certified plate including S275JR, S355JR, EN8, ABRO 400 and S355J2+N.

Steel Profiling Tolerances

Accuracy +/- 1mm to 3mm depending on thickness.
