ABDN members have access to indutry leading plastic moulding and PU moulding facitlites.They can offer capacities to 220 tones aswell as low pressure moulding. We are also able to meet the demands of batch as well as long long production.

Plastic Moulding

Currently ABDN members supply plastic mouldings to the automotive, domestic, medical, electrical and agricultural sectors.

Polyurethane Foam Moulding

The ABDN can also provide mould tooling and rapid foam tooling and parts manufactured from CAD data in days. Within the ABDN we have a number of high and low pressure PU foam moulding machines and facilities for hardness testing and robotic pouring.
