CNC Machining Services

The ABDN can offer CNC machining of castings and forgings and bars and billets. We can work to a wide range of sizes and thicknesses in a number of materials including alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminium alloys, brass and gear bronze.

Precision CNC Machining

The ABDN can offer precision CNC maching through its members who have experience of working to tight tolerances and delivering consistent quality.

CNC Machining Sectors

ABDN members currently supply their services to sectors such as construction, automotive, aeropspace, medical, oil and gas.

CNC Machining Facilities

We can offer buyers machining on 2, 3 and 5 axis with twin pallet machining centres, Mori-Seiki multi-task machine tools and vertical and horizontal machining centres as well as large capacity long bed lathes we can also offer lathes with bar feeds and milling, turning and honing machines.

Quality Assurance

All our CNC machining members are quality accreditation to ISO 9001 and a number are able to provide CMM inspection to ensure that buyers quality requirements are met.
