CNC Machining Facilities

Undergear Engineerings largest vertical machine centres are Cincinnati Lancers with a 1500mm x 1000mm pallet and with 50 ISO spindle nose. Its has four Horizontal Machining Centres, all of which are twin pallet machines, offering a comprehensive turning facility up to 700mm between centres. Within its 46,000 square foot factory it also offers full PPAP analysis and has 2 CMM Inspection machines.
