Rojac Urethane are a moulder of polyurethane foam part for a varity of applications. They can also provide mould tooling and rapid foam tooling and parts manufactured from CAD data in days.

Polyurethane Foam Moulding Facilities

Two high pressure PU foam machines, one closed loop PC controlled suitable for dual hardness foam. Three low pressure PU foam moulding machines. The double station pneumatic clamping rigs. Three double station pneumatic clamping rigs. Hardness testing facilities, moulding turntable and a moulding carousel with full robotic pouring.
