Powder Coating

R and M Metal Finishing are a powder coater who is specialised in handling volume high quality contracts for the automotive and general industrial markets.

It has two powder coating lines with inline spray pre-treatments capable of degreasing and cleaning most metal substrates, from Aluminium to Steel, and applying protective Zinc Phosphate or Chromate conversion coatings as required.

Chemical Paint Stripping

Chemical Paint Stripping facilities include a chemical paint stripping line suitable for processing most materials including Aluminium plus ultrasonic cleaning and linishing.

Linishing

The linishing department contains 2 double-ended belt linishers for ferrous and non-ferrous, one flatbed linisher and various hand preparation tools.
