CNC Machining

Offering a suite of CNC machines including lathes with bar feed, vertical and horizontal milling machines and machining centres, drilling, broaching, shapers and surface grinders. Producing turned parts and gears in alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminium alloys, brass and gear bronze to the highest specifications and being able to handle most sizes and shapes.

Fabrications

With Laser Cutting, Press Braking, TIG, MIG and Stick Welding, the fabrication possibilities of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium are almost limitless.

Wireforming

Phoenix Tavinor Engineering perform the whole construction to your specification and design as well as finishing your product in a variety of colours using our in-house Powder Coating facility. With a maximum wire thickness of 10mm, any kind of construction is available - be it large or small. Chrome wire construction is also available.

Powder Coating

Large or small runs and one-off jobs including perceived difficult works are very welcome. Applications of special finishes, pre-treatment, and masking are also available.
