CNC Machining Services

Momentum Engineering can offer high quality CNC machining services. Currently they provide CNC machining services to the construction, automotive, aeropspace, medical, oil and gas sectors. Momentum are able to offer CNC machining of bar, billets and castings in a wide variety of materials in sizes ranging from from 6mm to 750mm diameter.

They can work on prototypes and one–offs through to large batch sizes requiring 24hour unmanned machining on a wide variety of machines, including, Mori-Seiki multi-task machine tools, horizontal machining centres and large capacity long bed lathes,

In additional to their CNC machining services Momentum Engineering are able to offer conventional turning, milling, honing and grinding services along with CMM inspection facilities.

CNC Machining Facilities

Momentum Engineering have access to 2, 3 and 5 axis CNC machning machines along with CAD/CAM and CMM inspection facilities.
