Midland Deburr and Finish Ltd provide a cost effective solution for companies wishing to outsource their “Dirty Processes”. They specialise in component surface improvement using vibro deburring and barrelling equipment ensuring removal of sharp edges, radiussing,derusting, descaling and degreasing of ferrous and non ferrous components. A separate sub contract solvent (Trike) degreasing process is also offered to companies who are not able to comply with SED regulations. Components are processed using a hermetically sealed SED Compliant machine. They are also able to offer components with black oxide finish without affecting tolerances.

Midland Deburr and Finish can provide an excellent service to their customers with thier facilities, they have vibro deburring bowls, barrels, maize and hot air dryers. They also have a Gigant Hermetically sealed Trike degreaser capable of processing components to 1300mm long, they can also offer chemical blacking and oiling.
