Steel Profiling

Malthouse Engineering can flame cut a range of materials from 5mm to 500mm thick using their 19 multi - head CNC Steel Profiling machining. Their Maximim bed size is 12.7 metres x 4 metres and they can flame cut to a accuracy +/- 1mm to 3mm depending on the thickness of the material.

Lumsden Grinding

Malthouse Engineering have twelve Lumsden Grinding (Rotary) machines up to and including 120" (3048mm) Table 126" (3200mm) with overhang. Also 100" (2540mm) - 72" (1823mm) - 3x 60" (1524mm) - 2x 36" (915mm) Tables.

They also have three Lumsden Grinding (Reciprocating) machines up to and including 192" (4877mm) x 26.25" (667mm) with overhang.

Fabrications

Malthouse Engineering offer fabrications up to 5 tonnes along with MIG/TIG/Coded welding and bending.
