Midland Deburr and Finish Ltd provide a cost effective solution for companies wishing to outsource their “Dirty Processes” They specialise in component surface improvement using vibro deburring and barrelling equipment ensuring removal of sharp edges, radiussing,derusting, descaling and degreasing of ferrous and non ferrous components. A separate sub contract solvent ( Trike ) degreasing process is also offered to companies who are not able to comply with the recent SED regulations. Components are processed using a hermetically sealed SED Compliant machine.Midland Deburr and Finish are also pleased to announce the opening of a new Chemical Blacking department for companies who require components to have a black oxide finish without affecting tolerances.
