Delcam UK Tooling Services is a £1m turnover division of Delcam plc. We are a business unit offering an independent service to our customers. We can provide a competitive and diverse range of services from CAD/CAM modeling, NC programming, scanning, reverse engineering, machining/manufacture of complex 3D shapes and inspection/First Article reports. Our sector-based projects range from: -

Aerospace:
· Complex 3D profiles rough and finish machined in various materials for wing, undercarriage and actuator components.
· Manufacture of Dies & Tools for new aircraft projects.
Automotive:
· Dies & tools for presswork, forging, forming and trim applications.
· Reverse Engineering and surfacing for parts not defined in CAD.
Packaging and Domestic Appliances:
· A wide range of modeling and manufacturing services provided.
Nuclear/Power Generation:
· Impellers, turbine blades.
Tooling Companies:
· Assistance for applications outside their range or when they are very busy.
Other sectors served include:
· Cosmetics, Building products, Boat Building and DIY.

By using Delcam's own advanced 3D CAD/CAM "Power Solution" software, by investing in the latest 5-axis machining technology and by employing a skilled and flexible team of people, we are able to work with customers to meet their requirements for fast delivery and high quality at the right price.

Our capabilities cover all sizes of tooling from very small parts using 0.2mm diameter cutters to the largest components for the automotive and aircraft industries weighing 14 tonnes and measuring 6 meters in length, produced on the latest high speed 5-axis machining centers.
