It has been the company's policy to invest in highly efficient Arburg moulding machines, of which there are 24 installed with capacities from 25-220 tonnes.  In addition, screen printing, hot foiling, pad printing along with light assembly work are part of the extensive service offered to customers. 

Products and services:  Crown have 24 plastic moulding machines ranging from 25 tonne to 220 lock.  Many incorporating the latest Micro Processor Control, to enable our technicians to have the finest processing control, this is especially advantageous with Aesthetic Parts.  Also in its range of machines have a specialised facility of universal clamping allowing the tool to be operated either horizontally or vertically, this gives Crown an extra edge in the field of Insert Moulding.  It processes many materials and is familiar with all Engineering Polymers.

Screen Printing, Hot Foiling and Pad Printing along with light assembly work are part of the extensive service offered.
